Red Shuttleworth

Red Shuttleworth, a three-time Western Writers of America Spur Award recipient for poetry, received the 2016 Western Heritage Wrangler Award for Outstanding Poetry Book for Woe to the Land Shadowing.

Named by True West magazine in 2007 as "Best Living Western Poet," in the last half-century Red Shuttleworth has published poetry, fiction, drama, literary criticism, and ephemeral prose in such journals as Alaska Quarterly Review, Artforum, Foreign Affairs, Ontario Review, Poetry Now, Prairie Schooner, Roundup, San Pedro River Review, South Dakota Review, Southwest Review, and Zone 3.
